Repeat prescriptions can be ordered through email or alternatively, write your name, address and date of birth and bring to reception. Repeat prescription forms are available in reception if required.
Please allow at least 48 hours (72 hours at weekends) for your prescription to be prepared. Please leave a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the prescription to be posted.
Kindly note that GP’s do not issue repeat prescriptions in consultations.
Please note that for medico-legal reasons we do not accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.
