You may on occasion want some advice from the doctor however you do not need to come to surgery to obtain it. For example if you attended the surgery yesterday and were prescribed medication and have a simple query regarding it, it may be more convenient for you to discuss the issue with a doctor via telephone to resolve the query.
We are operating a new system from the 1st April 2023
- Our new system will allow you to book a call-back from one of the doctors
- Our receptionists are now booking appointments as usual, prior to Covid 19
You can arrange a call-back or may be able to get a quick response by discussing your concern with reception where they will find the best solution for you.
In order for a receptionist to book any appointment, they will need to ask the nature of your symptoms
We now also offer Virtual Appointments, which are consultations carried out by NHS GP or Pharmacist. The NHS Doctor or Pharmacist offer a call back appointment between the hours of 8am and 8pm 7 days a week.
If you feel this service would be appropriate for you then please call the surgery and the receptionist will book a virtual appointment with the appropriate clinician.
Please note this service is not appropriate for medical emergencies or serious health conditions.
