Please ring the surgery as soon as possible on the day the visit is required.
Please give as much information as possible.
Home visits should only be made if the patient is too ill to attend the surgery, or if the patient is housebound.
The doctor may want to discuss the request with the patient or the patient’s representative before deciding that a home visit is appropriate.
Our phone lines open at 9:00am Monday to Friday. We are also closed between 1pm and 3pm on Wednesday.
We are closed during bank holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s day. If you need out of hours care see below.
