The aim of the Practice is to provide a good standard of care. We encourage patients to be responsible for their own health and promote this through education and self-care.
Practice Philosophy
~ To help patients and carers discover a healthier lifestyle ~
Our practice aims to provide all its patients with the highest quality of medical care. All staff work in close partnership to protect dignity, respect patients rights and to empower patients. Discrimination is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This includes but does not exhaust discrimination on the grounds of race, sex, gender, religion, culture, disability, age, creed, and status.
We aim to embrace a compassionate approach to the service we provide and all staff aim to be sensitive and empathetic to the needs of every individual who may be marginalised, discriminated against, deprived, outcast or even feel invisible.
All staff strive to maintain the privacy of every patient with a strong emphasis on protecting every individual’s confidentiality.
Every staff member undergoes regular staff appraisals and updates their specialist training to broaden their knowledge base and expertise in order to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
We are a highly motivated team and every possible effort is made to guarantee that communication and collaboration between patients and staff is effective and that every patient receives the most beneficial service and optimum level of treatment specifically tailored to their individual needs.
