We have an active Patient Representative Group (PRG), representing a cross-section of our patient demographic. They are selected from volunteers who are currently registered patients.
The PRG meets regularly to discuss any issues that involve patients, they make suggestions to practice management and give feedback from other patients. Our annual patient survey is discussed with the group and following the PRG meeting we aim to ensure any feedback is acted upon to improve patient experience and services.
